Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using aunnie.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.
The Platform
Aunnie Inc. (“Aunnie”, “we”, “us”) operates aunnie.com, a platform that connects customers with licensed, insured service partners. Aunnie is not the service provider — the actual work is fulfilled by our independent service partners. Aunnie sets the standard, verifies quality, and guarantees the outcome, but does not directly employ the individuals who perform the services.
Eligibility
To use aunnie.com and submit interest forms, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Interest Forms
Submitting an interest form through aunnie.com is an expression of interest, not a binding agreement or service contract. The information you provide will be used to evaluate whether Aunnie can meet your needs and to contact you about next steps. Submitting a form does not guarantee service availability, pricing, or scheduling.
Service Partners
Service partners on the Aunnie platform are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Aunnie Inc. Each partner is responsible for maintaining their own licenses, insurance coverage, and compliance with applicable laws. Aunnie vets and approves each partner but does not direct the day-to-day performance of their work.
Limitation of Liability
Aunnie Inc. provides a platform that facilitates connections between customers and service partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aunnie Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from services performed by partner businesses, beyond any quality guarantee explicitly offered by Aunnie Inc. in writing. In no event shall Aunnie Inc.’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid, if any, for services directly arranged through the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on aunnie.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of Aunnie Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission from Aunnie Inc.
Termination
Aunnie Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. We may also remove or modify any content on the platform without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Aunnie Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
